Body Blitz

                      A fat-burning total body workout made up of:

    –    Interval Strength Training

    –    Core focused exercises

    –    Cardio interval training

Body Blitz is about a 40-45 minutes circuit workout. Your coach Greg starts the class with a 3 minutes collective warm-up followed by a 27 minutes circuit training /7 to 9 stations including strength, cardio and endurance exercises, 60 seconds on each station with a 30 seconds transitional break to move to the next exercise, twice around/ and at the end with a 6 minutes collective finisher.
Body Blitz is designed for individuals with little fitness training experience to advanced athletes. Modifications for the exercises are available for people with joint problems. /Please see your coach discuss any pain, previous injury, medications, heart problems, etc./
